Expert ServiceNow Developer Needed

ServiceNow Developer Position

This role involves developing and customizing ServiceNow portals, as well as designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools. A strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portal Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow portals using UI Builder and Flow Designer.
• Integration Management: Design and implement integrations with third-party tools through scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
• Portal Customization: Manage and customize portals with practical experience.
• Service Catalog Setup: Define and set up Service Catalogs with practical experience.
• Case, Incident, and Request Management: Implement Case, Incident, and Request management.
• ServiceNow Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.

Requirements:

• Workspaces and UI Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Portal development (dev Front end), Customer Portal or Employee Center Portal.
• Integration Experience: Strong experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub).
• ServiceNow Core Features: Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…).
• Release Management and Code Versioning: A good understanding of release management and code versioning best practices.
• ITIL Processes: Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Agile Methodology: Agile Methodology: Experience of working in SCRUM.
