Event Management & Discovery Specialist ">As an experienced Event Management and Discovery specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our IT operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibility will be to design, configure, and implement Event Management in ServiceNow to collect, correlate, and manage events efficiently. You will also develop and manage event rules, alert configurations, and event processing logic to effectively handle IT events.

To succeed in this role, you should possess hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, specifically Event Management and Discovery. Proven expertise in ServiceNow configuration, particularly in areas such as Event Management, Discovery, and CMDB, is crucial. Additionally, knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Service Mapping, Orchestration, and Cloud Management, and scripting languages like JavaScript and PowerShell, is highly beneficial. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are also required for this position.
