Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote within India, B2B Contract

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop custom ServiceNow portals and applications
• Integrate ServiceNow with 3rd party tools using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports
• Configure and customize ServiceNow instance according to business requirements
• Maintain high-quality coding standards and adhere to ServiceNow best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of developed solutions
• Provide expert-level support and training to internal stakeholders
