ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow ITOM specialist.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITOM, ITSM, and custom apps. They should also possess experience with implementing custom integrations, developing large-scale applications, and leading full lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM, ITSM, and custom apps.
• Implement custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API.
• Develop, implement, and maintain large-scale applications and systems.
• Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a lead consultant.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain high-quality written and oral communication skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow design and development, with expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages.
• ServiceNow certifications - System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM and ITOM Product lines) are highly preferred.
• ITIL v3 certification is an added advantage.
