• Develop technical roadmaps for IT service management (ITSM) implementation using ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ITIL v3/4 framework.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, leadership or architecture role.
• Strong expertise in CSM, HRSd, Integration modules of ServiceNow platform.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
