ServiceNow ITAM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Management professional to take on the role of ITAM Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow ITAM implementation and a proven track record of improving ITAM processes. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ITAM strategies that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ITAM processes.
• Analyze and improve ITAM KPIs and metrics.
• Provide training and support to business stakeholders on ITAM best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in ITAM. Requirements:
• No less than six years of experience in the ServiceNow environment.
• No less than four years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Software Asset Management, and asset accounting processes.
• Excellent understanding of CMDB, CSDM, SAM processes, asset integration interfaces, and the ServiceNow data model.
