ServiceNow Solutions Architect - Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect who can lead technical teams in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, automation, and integrations with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical teams in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs.
• Develop and optimize ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, Webhooks).
• Implement and enhance ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and automation.
• Develop custom scripts (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions).
