Job Title: Technology Lead

  • *Responsibilities: With over 9+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions, you will be responsible for:
  • Designing and implementing Web Services, including REST and SOAP APIs, XML, AJAX, and JSON.
  • Developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging JavaScript/GUI issues in the ServiceNow database.
  • Providing hands-on support for Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST API, and Email Integration.
  • Working with ITSM, ITOM, and CSM features and functionalities in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborating with Service Request teams to resolve issues and provide post-production maintenance support.
  • Understanding ServiceNow processes, functionalities, and flows at a detailed level.
  • Analyzing and optimizing ServiceNow Out-of-Box functions and capabilities.
  • Applying industry standard methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile, throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Communicating effectively through written and oral communication skills, and technical writing abilities.
  • Working in large corporate environments and managing multiple queries from end-users.
  • *Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow design, development, and support.
  • Strong understanding of Web Services, including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills in JavaScript/GUI.
  • Hands-on experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST API, and Email Integration.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow database and its functionalities.
  • Ability to work with ITSM, ITOM, and CSM features and functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in large corporate environments and manage multiple queries.
  • *Note: Candidates with only Administration & Support experience will not be considered.
