Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Remote within India

Job Type: Contract About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team at innova-solutions. As a key member of our methodology and functional team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in the ServiceNow platform to drive business value. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable service management solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, including CSM (Case Management and related processes) and ITSM (incident, request).
  • Apply expertise in CSDM, data mapping, data models, API integration, and ITIL to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement large-scale transformation projects that meet business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of agile scrum methodologies and promote iterative development practices. Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Detailed knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, including CSM Portal and ITSM.
  • Experience with CSDM, data mapping, data models, API integration, and ITIL is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of agile scrum methodologies and their application in service management.
