• Design and develop new functionality within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Support and maintain existing features to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members and client representatives to ensure that provided solutions align with their expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and administering the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party solutions and tools.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Basic understanding of ITIL principles.
• English language proficiency level B2 or higher.
