ServiceNow Developer Job Details

This role involves developing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow platform modules for IT Asset Management, IT Risk Management, and IT Service Management. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development customization, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP/SSO integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on issues and requests for platform assistance, creating supporting system documentation, and contributing to the creation of custom reports and dashboards.

• Developing and implementing ServiceNow platform modules
• Configuring and deploying new functionality using ServiceNow and related technologies
• Designing and delivering technical solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience programming and administering ServiceNow
• Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
