About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Discovery & Design: Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand client business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solution designs.
• Technical Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions that align with designed requirements and ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
• Data Migration: Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
• Integration Management: Assist architects and senior developers in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
• User Training: Support end-user training to ensure a smooth adoption of implemented solutions.
• Change Management: Support change management efforts by assisting senior developers, architects, and users during the transition period.
• Incident and Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Security and Compliance: Adhere to security best practices and ensure implemented solutions meet relevant compliance requirements.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Certified in one or more additional mainline certifications.
• Hands-on experience configuring or building 5 or more ServiceNow applications.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITIL processes.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript.
