ServiceNow Developer - CMDB/Service Mapping Expert

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in CMDB/Service Mapping to support our organization's ServiceNow modules and ensure accurate and reliable information about service configuration and CIs is available when needed. This includes information on CI configuration and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and support all ServiceNow Modules, processes, and integrations using scripting, workflows, configuration, and integration hub.
• Design, deploy, and manage CMDB data management tools including Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
• Design and manage CMDB data integrations with other data sources using import sets, transform maps, API integrations, and the Identification and Reconciliation Engine.
• Develop, document, implement, and maintain CMDB governance processes, procedures, and policies and monitor CMDB health reports to drive continuous improvement of CMDB.
• Drive features and functionality on the IT Asset Management capability (ServiceNow) to enable the IT Asset Management Processes and show the value to continue to scale and mature the services.
• Create and maintain governance and support the interdependencies between ITAM (IT Asset Management), APM (Application Portfolio Management) and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) across our platform.
• Support the team and customers with day-to-day requests and demands on ServiceNow modules and processes.
• Lead the collection and analysis of requirements to develop technology strategies.
• Design, install, and maintain (upgrade/patch underlying infrastructure).
