Senior System Developer - ServiceNow

Servicenow Solution Developer Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Servicenow Solution Developer who can design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include development and testing of custom servicenow applications, implementation of servicenow best practices and service management methodologies, analysis of servicenow system performance and functionality and provision of recommendations for improvement, development of reports and dashboards using servicenow analytics tools and customization of servicenow user interface using servicenow UI builder and theme designer.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience with servicenow software application including its modules such as servicenow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, GRC, and security operations center (SOC), excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and other technical teams.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is required for this position. At least 7 years of experience in servicenow solution development and implementation is also required.
