Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining various ServiceNow applications, as well as experience in scripting, development, and integration.

About the Role: As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
• Developing custom applications using ServiceNow's application platform.
• Creating complex integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Configuring and using integration tools like Mid Server and Integration Hub.
• Designing and implementing configurations using CMDB and CSDM.
• Using ITOM modules like discovery, event management, service mapping, and orchestration.
• Building custom applications and performing UI customization using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Applying knowledge of performance tuning, optimization, and best practices for scalable solutions.
• Aligning ServiceNow solutions with business goals and IT strategy.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules.
• Thorough understanding of the Health and Safety module's features and capabilities.
• Proficiency in writing scripts using JavaScript and Glide Script.
• Experience in developing custom applications using ServiceNow's application platform.
• Extensive knowledge of integration techniques such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Experience in using integration tools like Mid Server and Integration Hub.
• Understanding of CMDB and CSDM concepts.
• Experience in using ITOM modules like discovery, event management, service mapping, and orchestration.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal and UI customization.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, optimization, and best practices for scalable solutions.
