Senior ServiceNow Developer - Configuration Management Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in CMDB/Service Mapping to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our ServiceNow modules and ensuring that accurate and reliable information about service configuration and CIs is available when needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, knowledge of discovery, reporting, service mapping, CI relationships, asset management, and attributes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Five years of relevant experience, including three years supporting enterprise-level platform installations.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in relevant technologies, methods, or platforms.
