Senior ServiceNow Developer - Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. Job Description:

As a key member of our IT Service Management Team, you will design, build, and deploy technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your strong software engineering foundation and deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM will enable you to deliver impactful custom application development.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and releasing new ServiceNow application modules, workflows, and catalog requests. Additionally, you will deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform for internal employees, perform software configuration and customization, create integrations and automation between ServiceNow and other services, develop and maintain Service Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases, and collaborate with the IT Service Management Team and business stakeholders.

You will also architect ServiceNow integrations and participate in application sizing, execute technical configurations, application maintenance, and housekeeping, design and maintain application security and data security functions, troubleshoot technical issues related to ServiceNow configuration, identify and implement platform improvements, and assist in maintaining CMDB accuracy.
