ServiceNow Developer

Location: Chantilly or McLean, VA.

Security Clearance: TS / SCI w / Poly Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business process solutions within the ServiceNow framework, adhering to best practices.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and customizations.
• Create and design application tables within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize the application UI and workflows.
• Deliver new services via the service portal.
• Develop solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, or other required languages.
• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze system requirements, estimate effort, develop conceptual designs, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Support requirements definition and application testing processes.
• Assist with system certifications, including security requirements.
• Investigate application issues and collaborate to resolve them promptly.
• Develop reports based on customer needs.
• Maintain the ServiceNow environment, including platform upgrades and application releases without impacting business operations. Requirements

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Desired Skills / Experience:

• Java or other developmental languages
• AngularJS
• Experience with API-based data sources
• Relational database experience
• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of financial systems
