Key job functions include developing formal requirements and documentation for ServiceNow enhancements, aligning ServiceNow platform capabilities to address business problems, and maximizing ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery. Additionally, this expert will understand IT and business requirements, develop, test, deploy improvements, and update workflows.
