ServiceNow Product Manager II Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced product manager seeking a challenging position in ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Product Manager II, you will be responsible for creating and managing the backlog of features to ensure alignment with customer success criteria and desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user interviews to gain insights into customers' business challenges and objectives.
• Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and desired outcomes.
• Assess business value and prioritize features to maximize impact.
• Continually refine the product backlog based on learnings and feedback.
• Support product owners in preparing and executing user stories.
• Work with stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding competing priorities.
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Communicate progress toward milestones as features are released into production. Requirements:
• 3+ years of product management experience creating, prioritizing, and recommending features/user stories for ServiceNow products.
• 2+ years' experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and HRSD products and capabilities.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, including written and oral skills.
• Excellent presentation skills for one-on-one, small, and large group settings.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work within teams and across functional teams.
• Expert relationship management, stakeholder management, and business acumen skills. About the Role:
