ServiceNow Automation Specialist

A ServiceNow Developer plays a pivotal role in the IT service management landscape, responsible for implementing new forms, workflows, flows, and scripting to automate business processes.

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer who can design, configure, develop, troubleshoot, and implement baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.

The ideal candidate will have advanced understanding of object-oriented JavaScript, knowledge of Discovery and CMDB, including best practices for managing and scaling the CMDB, as well as experience with ITIL, Service Management, scripting, HTML, and CSS.

A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in ServiceNow app development, particularly in areas such as Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB, is required.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, project management lifecycle understanding, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
