We’re a UK-based team with a core development group in India, led by ex-ServiceNow app certifiers. We specialize in end-to-end, enterprise-grade custom applications and are seeking an aggressive, phone-savvy sales expert to book meetings with key decision-makers at ServiceNow build partners in the UK & US—especially those publishing paid apps on the ServiceNow Store. Email and LinkedIn outreach haven’t delivered; this role is entirely relationship-driven and requires live calls to secure qualified appointments.

  • Research and build targeted lists of ServiceNow build partners in the UK & US (priority on paid-app publishers)

  • Identify and connect with key contacts (CEOs, Heads of Alliances, App Portfolio Managers, etc.)

  • Deliver high-impact outbound calls to introduce our app development and certification expertise

  • Handle objections, qualify interest, and schedule meetings with our senior leadership (virtual)

  • Maintain detailed activity tracking in our CRM and provide weekly progress reports

  • Proven success in B2B outbound appointment setting or telesales (tech/software focus preferred)

  • Exceptional phone presence, persistence, and skill navigating gatekeepers

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem or enterprise SaaS sales is a plus

  • Consultative, relationship-oriented approach

  • Self-starter attitude with a strong focus on targets and KPIs
