ServiceNow Developer

A dynamic and challenging role awaits an experienced ServiceNow developer who will be responsible for implementing new forms, workflows, flows, and scripting to create a seamless working process for customers.

The successful candidate will be in charge of designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the ServiceNow platform, which supports IT service management to automate business processes.

This position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, as well as experience with areas such as Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing new forms, workflows, flows, and scripting to create a seamless working process for customers.
• Designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing applications to ensure they continue to meet business needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Providing expert-level support and guidance to colleagues on ServiceNow-related issues.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with areas such as Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Expert-level knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML).
• US citizenship is required and able to obtain federal security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused attitude, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
