Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow (OMT) Developer to join our team at ITL-USA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and hands-on experience with ServiceNow OMT and ITSM, as well as its interaction with BSS/OSS systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting effectively with client executives to own RFPs, define, and manage requirements. They will also lead requirement tracks with techno-functional capabilities and work with multidisciplinary teams in large digital transformation programs to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
This role may require relocation and/or travel to project locations. To qualify, candidates must have a strong background in information technology and experience with ServiceNow OMT and ITSM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop ServiceNow Solutions: Utilize ServiceNow expertise to design, develop, and deploy robust solutions that meet customer needs.
- Lead Technical Teams: Provide technical mentorship and leadership to development team members.
- Configure and Customize ServiceNow: Configure workflows, catalog configurations, and service requests to ensure seamless data flows.
- Integrate External Systems: Perform integrations using Custom API/KAFKA/Integration Hub/TMF Open APIs and process automation using ServiceNow workflows.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with other ServiceNow administrators, clients, and stakeholders to develop solutions and handle updates and configuration changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Required from an accredited institution.
- At Least 4 Years of Experience: In Information Technology, with a focus on ServiceNow OMT and ITSM.
- Experience with Agile Methodology: Understanding of the Agile way of working.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Hands-on Experience: With the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, and deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead development teams and provide technical mentorship.
- Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions: Experience with scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Relational Databases and Domain Separation: Experience working with relational databases and domain separation.
- External System Integration: Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow using integration solutions.
