Senior/Lead Expert Technical Role

This is a senior/lead expert technical role for overall technical solution architect on the JLL ServiceNow platform team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and drive complex solutions that center on the ServiceNow platform, addressing various business processes, automation, and enterprise service management
  • Design and build API integrations in-to/out-of the ServiceNow platform in a secure and scalable fashion supporting multiple endpoint technologies
  • Lead the development team
  • Lead the development process
  • Author and maintain team and project documentation
  • Works closely with other domains including Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and the business
  • Work with third-party vendors
  • Ensure applications, processes, and procedures of the team comply with JLL standards
  • Plan and orchestrate upgrades annually
  • Provide technical leadership and participate in all issue resolution for the ServiceNow platform Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 10 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and managing all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
  • Deep Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform
  • Outstanding business and technical communication skills
  • Expert level experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom app development. Others a plus.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes - incident, request, change, problem, configuration, asset, and knowledge
  • Strong experience in developing and managing APIs for the ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow Certifications are a significant plus. About JLL
