Results-Driven ServiceNow Specialist

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a strong understanding of data analysis and performance analytics. They should be able to stay current on ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and new releases, and provide subject matter expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM, and PPM.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
