• The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, implementing solutions to enhance system performance and functionality, and working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training and support to end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
• Relevant industry standard certifications such as Advanced ServiceNow Certification.

Clearance and Physical Requirements

• This role requires an active Top Secret clearance.
• Must be able to work in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with peers and senior personnel.
