ServiceNow Technical Lead - Governance, Risk and Compliance

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Director specializing in ServiceNow to join our team.

The successful candidate will lead the workload and priority of the Engineering teams as well as relationships with product owners, business teams, and third-party product vendors.

This is a critical role that crafts, develops, and supports critical components and platforms for new products being launched to support and improve our industry-leading credit and fraud risk practices and deliver on our platform vision.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of delivery of complicated Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms, expertise and interest in the ServiceNow Platform, and ability to inspire engineering teams to implement a maintainable and efficiently operational Integrated Risk Management platform within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

The role involves defining the architecture and infrastructure for the ServiceNow platform, implementing and integrating it with American Express internal capabilities, and establishing upstream and downstream integrations using the ServiceNow Integration Hub.

The platform support and maintenance require monitoring observability metrics, resiliency, and business continuity, as well as data management, storage, and data protection.
