Innovative ServiceNow Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled architect to design and champion innovative solutions that empower leading universities, colleges, and other educational institutions using the ServiceNow platform.

This role is ideal for a passionate and results-oriented individual who has a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and can translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall architectural design and strategy for the ServiceNow platform, developing and maintaining a comprehensive architectural blueprint, and providing expert guidance on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall architectural design and strategy for the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive architectural blueprint for ServiceNow implementations.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of complex ServiceNow modules and custom applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
