ServiceNow ITSM Expert About the Role:

The ServiceNow ITSM Expert will design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture, application development, and integration best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with industry, corporate, security, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Designer or Architect.
• Proven experience enabling citizen developers and empowering them to create and maintain their own ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow's IT Operation Management (ITOM) product.
