We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, and ITSM modules. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement best practices for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define asset governance, policies, and reporting frameworks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform and align with enterprise IT goals.

The successful candidate will have experience integrating ServiceNow HAM with discovery tools, SCCM, JAMF, and vendor APIs. Strong understanding of SAM, Procurement, and ITSM modules is also required.
