ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer
• Strong experience in integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Portal management and customization with practical experiences
• Experience in Case, Incident, and Request management, Service Catalog definition, and setup with practical experiences
• 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow CSM and ITSM experience
• Agile Methodology: Experience of working in SCRUM
• Testing strategy and execution
• Specification writing: ability to clearly document the technical solution including the high-level design and the troubleshooting guide
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of release management and code versioning best practices
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
