- *Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer Job Description** Key Responsibilities:
- Developing custom Mobile Applets with features like barcode scans, language translation for mobile, etc.
- Configuring the Service Portal and custom widgets along with required workflows and processes.
- Implementing designer-provided user interfaces and setting up Service portal content.
- Determining the users logging in to the portal using a combination of system properties and script include. Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a Developer.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of implementing designer-provided user interfaces.
- Experience in setting up Service portal content.
