Remote ServiceNow Developer Job Description:

This job involves working with ServiceNow developers to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong product roadmaps and apply knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Skill Requirements:
• Proficient in Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer, and skilled in Portal development (front-end) for Customer Portal or Employee Center Portal.
• Technical Expertise:
• Thoroughly understand the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, Configuration Management Database (CMDB)).
• Essential Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of experience working with ServiceNow Cloud Services Management (CSM) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) required.
• Bonus Skillset:
• Agile Methodology experience (Scrum preferred), plus strong testing strategy and execution skills are beneficial.
