Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing asset management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform and align with enterprise IT goals.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and administrators on HAM best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP Integrations), as well as knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management), Procurement, and ITSM modules.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD, CSM, ITSM.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HAM with discovery tools, SCCM, JAMF, and vendor APIs.
