We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Designer/Architect to lead the creation and delivery of ServiceNow solutions that support our security and infrastructure automation mandate. ">

Key Responsibilities: ">

• Develop and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational goals.">
• Create technical designs, including data models, workflows, and user experiences, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with industry, corporate, security, and regulatory standards.">
• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine, implementing complex business logic, integrations, and automation workflows, adhering to high-quality standards and best practices.">
• Mentor junior developers and establish department best practices.">
• Develop strategies to empower citizen developers to create and maintain their own ServiceNow applications, providing training and support as needed.">
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications, utilizing industry-standard protocols and technologies for seamless data transfer and functionality.">
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, participating in design reviews and code walkthroughs.">
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and provide ongoing updates, managing user expectations and ensuring solution alignment with business objectives."> ">

Requirements: ">

• ">
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.">
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Designer or Architect.">
• Proven experience architecting and developing complex ServiceNow solutions using App Engine.">
• Experience in leveraging ServiceNow to automate infrastructure management (both on-prem and cloud).">
• Experience in enabling citizen developers and empowering them to create and maintain their own ServiceNow applications.">
• Experience with ServiceNow's IT Operation Management (ITOM) product."> ">

Desirable Skills: ">

• Certified ServiceNow Architect (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Professional - Designer (SCPD).">
