- They will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow capabilities to optimize efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and integrate enterprise software applications.
- Provide well-thought-out solutions to problems of moderate complexity.
- Experience implementing Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Provisioning & Governance, and Hardware Asset Management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
- Familiarity with ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Jelly, and Angular JS.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Bonus Points
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification.
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Jelly, and Angular JS.
- Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches.
