ServiceNow ITAM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Specialist to design and implement asset management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow IT Asset Management best practices, integrations with third-party systems, and experience in HRSD, CSM, ITSM.

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions, aligning with business requirements.
• Define and implement best practices for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Lifecycle Management.
• Work with stakeholders to define asset governance, policies, and reporting frameworks.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance, audit, and financial tracking within ITAM, as well as excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain best practices for IT Asset Management and Hardware Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform and align with enterprise IT goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD, CSM, ITSM.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HAM with discovery tools, SCCM, JAMF, and vendor APIs.
