ServiceNow Platform Architect - ITAM Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect who is an expert in IT Asset Management (ITAM). You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

About the Role:

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions that meet business needs.
• Define and implement best practices for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Lifecycle Management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define asset governance, policies, and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure seamless data migration, normalization, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions.
• Define and implement best practices for IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Work with stakeholders to define asset governance, policies, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD, CSM, ITSM
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow CMDB
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HAM with discovery tools, SCCM, JAMF, and vendor APIs
