Servicenow Administrator Position

• Administer and maintain the Servicenow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.

We are looking for a highly skilled Servicenow administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, with particular expertise in configuring and supporting these modules. You'll play a key role in ensuring our Servicenow environment is running efficiently, while collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

Platform Administration

• Administer and maintain the Servicenow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.

ITSM Module Configuration

• Configure and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.

HRSD Feature Implementation

• Implement and manage HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.

Key Skills

Administrative Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Servicenow administration.

Technical Competence

• Strong understanding of Servicenow platform architecture and best practices. ,
