Job Description:

Design, implement, and optimize asset management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Utilize expert knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM best practices and integrations with third-party systems to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Establish and maintain best practices for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define asset governance, policies, and reporting frameworks.
• Evaluate and ensure seamless data migration, normalization, and reconciliation processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues, integrations, and process gaps.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams enhancing the ServiceNow platform and aligning with enterprise IT goals.
• Coach junior developers and administrators on HAM best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD, CSM, ITSM
• Deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HAM with discovery tools, SCCM, JAMF, and vendor APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP Integrations).
• Knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management), Procurement, and ITSM modules.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance, audit, and financial tracking within ITAM.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAM PRO and ITOM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer (CAD)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, MID Server, and data normalization tools.
