ServiceNow ITAM Specialist

This role requires a seasoned ServiceNow professional to develop and implement effective IT Asset Management strategies. The successful candidate will possess expertise in ITAM best practices and be able to design and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ITAM policies, procedures, and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Design and implement data analytics and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and tools
• Provide subject matter expertise on ITAM best practices and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on ITAM
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful ITAM solutions
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAM PRO and ITOM modules
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer (CAD)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, MID Server, and data normalization tools.
