ServiceNow Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, automation, and integrations with enterprise systems. Main Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and Webhooks.
• Implement and enhance ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and automation. Desirable Skills
• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven workflows within ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and Workflow Automation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboarding.
