Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Noida. Experience required is 3 years.

• *Note:** At least one end-to-end implementation mandatory (other than ITSM).

Experience preferred is 3 to 6 years in ServiceNow development and architecture.

Proven expertise in designing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

Successfully managed the end-to-end implementation/customization of at least two ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, ITAM, AppEngine etc.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

A strong background in ServiceNow development.

Implement technology-specific best practices and standards.

Evaluation of new features and comprehensive analysis/recommendations. Perform product roadmap planning.

Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.

Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.

Candidates from Pune location are preferred.
