Experienced Business Analyst for ServiceNow

• *Business Analysis Role:**

We are looking for an individual with 7+ years of experience in business analysis, specifically in the ServiceNow ecosystem, to support our digital transformation project.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow modules: CSM, ITSM, CSDM, as well as experience with data mapping, data models, and API integration.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, product managers, and implementation partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders and product managers.
• Analyze and review customer requirements.
• Manage product backlogs and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Design processes and configure platforms.
• Test and propose improvements.

Requirements:

• ServiceNow module expertise.
• Data mapping and integration experience.
• Understanding of ITIL and Agile SCRUM.
