Job Title : ServiceNow SPM Certified Lead
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned expert to drive Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in SPM, IT Business Management (ITBM), and IT Service Management (ITSM). Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and solution architecture is required for this onsite role in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities:

Spearhead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Design, configure, and optimize Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and ITBM modules.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and consultants to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Develop and implement ServiceNow automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.

Oversee ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.

Implement best practices, governance, and performance optimization within the ServiceNow platform.

Mentor and lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
Key Requirements:

8 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and leadership.

Mandatory ServiceNow SPM Certification.

Expertise in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), ITBM (PPM, APM, Agile, Demand Management), and ITSM.

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and automation (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies).

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and reporting.

Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server.

Ability to gather business requirements, provide technical solutions, and drive enterprise implementations.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
