ServiceNow Architect Role
The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM best practices and integrations with third-party systems. Key Tasks:
- Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and enforce IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Lifecycle Management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform and align with enterprise IT goals. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAM PRO and ITOM modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer (CAD).
