Expert ServiceNow Solution Designer

This position requires a seasoned ServiceNow expert to develop and implement comprehensive solutions across HRSD, CSM, and ITSM. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM best practices and integrations with external systems.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing asset management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This involves leading cross-functional teams, defining asset governance policies, and ensuring seamless data migration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives.
• Develop and enforce ITAM best practices and hardware lifecycle management policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish asset governance, policies, and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues, integrations, and process gaps.

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD, CSM, ITSM.
• In-depth understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP Integrations).
• Familiarity with SAM (Software Asset Management), Procurement, and ITSM modules.
• Proven problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
