• *About the Role:** We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant who can help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized ServiceNow solutions that meet those needs.
• *Responsibilities:**
• Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and design customized ServiceNow solutions
• Implement ServiceNow configurations to meet client specifications
• Conduct workshops to educate clients on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end implementation projects
• Participate in user acceptance testing efforts to ensure high-quality solutions
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD/SPM/CSM solutions
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
