ServiceNow Implementation Lead

• *Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and be able to design and implement complex solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

Main Responsibilities:

• To manage the end-to-end implementation/custimization of at least two ServiceNow modules like ITSM , ITOM, CSM, SPM, ITAM, AppEngine etc.
• To design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• To evaluate new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
• To lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.

About You:

• A strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience in managing end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow modules.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
